JORDAN SNYDER MEMORIAL FUND

Forever in Our Hearts and Never Forgotten

Jordan "Joe" was born on August 29, 2002, in Sacramento and lived most of his life in Elk Grove. He attended Harriet Eddy Middle School, Elk Grove High School, Laguna Creek High School, and, most recently, SAVA Charter School. We lost him forever on August 6, 2018. Jordan was a gentle soul, with a quirky sense of humor and a lot of creative energy. He loved video games, hanging out with his friends, and making people laugh. He was loved and will be deeply missed. Joe is survived by his parents, Daniel and Beth Snyder, his siblings, Chloe, Caleb, and Nicholas, his birth mother, Heather Parsons, and a large extended family including grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins.

This page has been brought to you through the Jordan Snyder Memorial Fund.
